2. Output voltage adjustment
Through the external monitoring module, the output voltage of the module can be continuously adjusted. The adjustment range is from 200Vdc to the maximum output voltage of 750Vdc on the battery side, 600Vdc to the maximum output voltage of 850Vdc on the DC bus side, and the minimum adjustment step is 0.1Vdc.

Maxwell was established in 2009. At the beginning of the company's establishment, our plan was to develop and produce related products in the field of power electronics. The service industry is mainly the power industry, and the main product is power converters. The reason for choosing this industry is that this industry is relatively stable, and it can bring a stable development to the company in the early stage. After several years of development and exploration, it is found that the market capacity of this industry is limited and there will not be much growth. It can't provide much motivation for the company's long-term development. So we plan to develop other areas.
After 2014, we foresaw more opportunities through the rise of photovoltaic, energy storage, new energy etc, so our company's strategic direction has changed. We have made a lot of adjustments from market exploration to product positioning and product development. In the end, we have focused into directions of energy storage and new energy.
At present, our products for new energy charging are 1000V 20KW , 1000V 30KW, 1000V 40KW, 1000V 50KW

Products for energy storage (V2G) are MXR80025,MXR75027, MXC75050B etc products.
Our plan for the next 3-5 years: Continue to deepen the new energy industry, take the charging module as the core product, update and iterate to keep up with the needs of the market and customers, and develop the sales of supporting products for this industry. If we have the ability to establish a strategic partnership with charging station operators and platform promotion companies in the later stage, we plan to develop the entire charging system.

Production Process

1. Raw Material Procurement and Management: We will purchase qualified raw materials from qualified suppliers, and put them into the raw material warehouse after passing the inspection. The raw materials are divided into regions, categories and environmental management according to the characteristics of the device. The data must be consistent in the three aspects of material card, physical raw materials, and account entry.
2. Production Link: SMT, Manual plug-in/wave soldering, Three anti-spray brush lines, Assemble, Debugging and Inspection, Aging Toaster Test, Online maintenance link, Packaging link, Finished product wareho.
3. Delivery Link According to the review order issued by the sales, the finished product warehouse issues the corresponding products to the delivery link, and selects the appropriate delivery channel and delivery method according to the different needs of customers. During the period, the order information will be remarked, including customer information, product information, etc. And make records, enter the company's unified office management system.
4. product traceability From the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of qualified products and delivery to customers, we will enter a series of information into the company's unified management system. This ensures product traceability.

After Sales Service

Warranty Times: 1 year
In the first half of the year for non-human damage, we will replace A new one for you for free.  You only need to delivery the damaged module(Both parties bear the freight cost); In the second half, we will repair the non-human damage for you for free. Meanwhile, our engineers are available for providing any technical assistance during your testing processes.
